  • Stabilise periodontal disease

  • Extract failed teeth / roots

  • Augment bone volume

  • Place and restore implants at UR, LR & LL quadrants

Procedure

  1. Intensive course of treatment with the hygienist to optimise periodontal health.

  2. Extraction of failed teeth / roots and provision of temporary partial denture to provide function and aesthetics.

  3. Grafting procedure to increase bone levels in LR and UR quadrants.

  4. Placement of 6 dental implants UR, LR & LL quadrants.

  5. Following appropriate healing time, restoration of implants with all-porcelain and pressable crowns / bridges.

  6. Build-up of UR2 with composite materials.

Result
